Who We Are
Our Vision: A world where everyone has a decent place to live.
Hanover and King William Habitat for Humanity is founded on volunteerism and values the contributions made by individuals who give their time to work with us as volunteers. Volunteers are a vital part of our builds. Our homes are built mainly from volunteers, both skilled and unskilled. All you need is a willing heart and the time! This volunteer-driven organization relies on volunteers like you to help families realize the dream of homeownership.
What We Do
Our recycling crew is a unique program to Hanover and King William Habitat. Each week, volunteers gather to help disassemble old or broken appliances to collect metals as well as collect and sell aluminum cans. Selling metals brings an additional income stream to help build affordable homes in Hanover and King William. Volunteers must be 18 years or older.
